ZATCA e-invoicing consulting & Phase 2 integration

When your integration notice arrives, you need to know quickly whether your ERP and POS can comply, and what it will take if they can't.

Problems I'm usually called in to solve

  • “We got the ZATCA notification. Now what?”

Deadlines are fixed, but it's unclear who in the business owns the work.

  • “Our vendor says it's ‘in progress’.”

Older or customised systems may need upgrades you weren't told about.

  • “Our POS and ERP both issue invoices.”

Multiple invoicing points mean multiple integrations to plan and test.

  • “What happens if an invoice is rejected?”

Error handling, credit notes and offline scenarios are often untested.

Benefits of consulting with me

  • A clear readiness verdict

A gap check of every system that issues invoices, with what to fix.

  • A plan that meets your deadline

Tasks, owners and vendor commitments mapped to your wave date.

  • Testing that reflects real life

Standard and simplified invoices, credit and debit notes, and edge cases tested before go-live.

  • Less pressure on your finance team

One person coordinating vendors, IT and accounts until you're live.

Regulations change. Always confirm current requirements on the official ZATCA website before implementation.

Questions clients ask

Is Phase 2 mandatory for my business?

ZATCA brings taxpayers into Phase 2 in waves based on revenue thresholds and notifies them in advance. Check your notification and the current rules on zatca.gov.sa, as requirements and dates are updated.

Can my existing ERP or POS be integrated?

Many can, through a vendor update or a certified middleware. Older or heavily customised systems may need an upgrade. A readiness check gives you a firm answer.

Do you replace my accountant or tax advisor?

No. I handle the technology and integration side and work alongside your accountant or tax advisor on VAT treatment.
