Experienced IT consultant for ERP, POS, software & digital transformation
I'm Manoj Varghese. I help Saudi and GCC businesses choose, implement and connect ERP, POS and business software so that the system works the way the business does.
- 20+ years in software projects
- 5 countries: KSA, UAE, Qatar, Oman, India
- 7 industries from F&B to construction
Sound familiar?
We paid for an ERP, but the team still runs on Excel.
The software was installed, but processes, data and training were never finished.
Every vendor says their system does everything.
Demos are polished. Without written requirements, you can't tell which one fits.
Our POS, stock and accounts never match.
Disconnected systems mean days of manual reconciliation every month-end.
Is our invoicing really ZATCA-ready?
Phase 2 integration waves keep arriving and nobody can give a straight answer.
The project is late and every vendor blames the other.
No one owns the full picture, so issues bounce between suppliers.
Nobody here speaks both business and IT.
Owners describe problems; developers hear features. Things get lost in between.
If any of these sound like your business, a short conversation usually shows where to start.

Questions clients ask
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Mostly SMEs and growing groups in retail, restaurants and cafés, hospitality, trading and distribution, plus operational businesses in healthcare, manufacturing and construction.
Do you only work in Riyadh?
Riyadh is my base and I can meet on-site there. I also support clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, remotely or with planned visits.
How does an engagement usually start?
With a short call about your situation. If there's a fit, I propose a focused first step such as an assessment, a requirements document or a vendor shortlist, with a clear scope and fee.
Can you manage the whole implementation?
Yes. I can run requirements, vendor coordination, project planning, testing, UAT, go-live readiness and post-go-live stabilisation.
