Manoj Varghese, senior IT & software consultant

Twenty-plus years on the inside of software projects: support desks, analysis workshops, implementation rooms, project boards and client meetings across Saudi Arabia, the GCC and India.

From support desk to solution architect

I started in software support, which is where you learn what really breaks once a system meets real users. From there I moved into business analysis, project coordination and project management, then into ERP and POS implementation and consulting.

That path matters to clients. I've sat on the vendor side and the customer side of the table, so I know where projects usually go wrong: vague requirements, rushed data migration, missing integrations and go-lives planned around a date instead of readiness.

Today I work directly with business owners, finance and operations leaders to turn their goals into a practical technology plan, and then see it through.

The roles I bring to your project

  • IT consultant

    Strategy, assessments and technology roadmaps.

  • ERP & POS solution architect

Designing how ERP, POS, accounting and integrations fit together.

  • Business analyst

Workshops, process maps, GAP analysis and SRS documents.

  • Project manager

Scope, vendors, testing, UAT and go-live.

Why clients call me

Because I sit on your side of the table. My job is to understand your operation, write down what you need, and hold vendors and projects to it, so the technology you pay for delivers what you were promised.

Questions clients ask

Are you a company or an individual consultant?

I work as an individual senior consultant under the name The IT Consultant. Where a project needs specialist skills such as cybersecurity testing or cloud engineering, I bring in qualified partners and stay accountable for coordination.

Which languages do you work in?

Consulting and documentation are in English, and the solutions I design support Arabic and English users side by side.
