ERP & technology consulting for manufacturers

From bill of materials to finished goods cost, I help factories get production data they can plan and price with.

Problems I'm usually called in to solve

  • Product cost is a guess

Material, labour and overheads aren't captured per batch.

  • Planning on whiteboards

Production schedules don't reflect stock or capacity.

  • Raw material shortages

Purchasing reacts after the line has stopped.

  • Quality records on paper

Batch traceability is slow when a customer complains.

Benefits of consulting with me

  • Real product costing

BOMs, routings and actual consumption drive cost.

  • Material planning

Requirements calculated from orders and stock levels.

  • Traceability

Batches tracked from raw material to customer.

  • Shop-floor visibility

Output, scrap and downtime reported daily.

Questions clients ask

Do small factories need MRP?

Not always full MRP, but every factory benefits from accurate BOMs and stock. Planning features can be added as volumes grow.

Standard or actual costing?

Standard costing simplifies pricing and variance analysis; actual costing reflects real consumption. Many manufacturers use standard cost with regular variance reviews.
