Stuck on legacy softwareThe old system still runs the business, but nobody can change or support it safely.
Build or buy?Custom development is tempting, yet a packaged product may already do 80%.
Integrations that break silentlyData stops syncing and nobody notices until reports are wrong.

Questions clients ask

Should we build custom software or buy a product?

Buy when a mature product covers most of your process; build when the process is your competitive edge or no product fits. I often recommend a product plus small custom extensions.

Do you write the code yourself?

I design the solution, write the specifications and manage the developers or vendors. Coding is done by the chosen development partner under that plan.

Can you integrate systems from different vendors?

Yes. I define the interfaces, data mapping and error handling, then coordinate both vendors through testing.
