IT consulting & technology strategy in Saudi Arabia
A clear view of your current systems, what to fix first and what to leave alone, written as a roadmap your management team can act on.
Problems I'm usually called in to solve
IT spend grows, value doesn't
Licences, subscriptions and hardware pile up without a plan behind them.
Decisions made in a hurry
Systems are bought when something breaks, not when the business is ready.
No senior IT voice
You're too big for guesswork but not ready for a full-time CIO.
Growth exposes the cracks
A new branch or entity shows how fragile the current set-up really is.
Benefits of consulting with me
A prioritised roadmap
What to do in the next 90 days, this year and later, with rough budgets.
Budget you can defend
Clear reasons for every spend, and the items you can safely cut.
A vCIO on call
Senior advice for management meetings, vendor negotiations and big decisions.
Less risk at each step
Changes are sequenced so operations keep running during improvement.
Questions clients ask
How long does an IT assessment take?
For a typical SME, one to three weeks depending on the number of sites, systems and people to interview. You receive a written report and a walkthrough session.
What is a vCIO?
A virtual CIO is a part-time senior advisor who plays the CIO role, such as planning, budgeting and vendor oversight, without the cost of a full-time executive.
Will you recommend replacing everything?
Rarely. Most value comes from fixing configuration, data and integrations in what you already own, and replacing only what truly limits the business.
